The Door is a sculptural art piece that served as the central
element in Diana Helzina’s performance of the same name,
part of her JIGSAW series presented at Espace Parallèle,
Paris, on October 30, 2025.
This piece represents a unique collaboration between
designer Marquel Rashaad Williams and performance artist
Diana Helzina, exploring themes of body image, perfection,
and the impossible standards society imposes on women.
